DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES IN THE
BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENT

SOME EXAMPLES

We deploy our unique patented methodology, driven by a dynamic strategy (for swift deployment), supported by cutting-edge technology (for cost effectiveness) to meet the challenges the South African property and construction industry need to succeed

Some of the most prestigious enterprises in property portfolio management on behalf of large commercial and industrial buildings, facility management and the service providers (of technical- and soft services) as well as principal contractors and their subcontractors have already reaped the benefits, for example:

We had been engaged by the Services SETA on behalf of the National Contract Cleaners Association to demonstrate the significant developmental benefits for large and small enterprises.   (Cleaning is just one of the 17 industries rendering soft- and technical services to large commercial and industrial buildings that we have covered and served.)  Prestige Cleaning and Super care were our biggest clients among all the service providers.

We produced a Performance Improvement Proposal for each participating company across the service industries.  It clearly indicated the immediate intervention required for better performance, we could refine SLA's and fine tune budgets to accommodate cost-to-performance criteria. We identified the training necessary for improving specific skills capacity for the sake of better service delivery in the shortest possible time, within current resource constraints.

It is a most dynamic developmental programme as enterprises enthusiastically participate in their own development process because our unique 5-point strategy illustrates how their very existence depends on their willingness to develop their staff.

We were operating on behalf of most of the owners and managers of some of the largest office, industrial- and retail properties. We communicated with tenants, their employees and the patrons of large malls. Our biggest single client with more than 800 buildings was TELKOM/TFMC.
